With breast reduction surgery; we remove excess tissues, move the nipple from the lower level to the upper level where it should be and shape the remaining tissues to obtain a more upright and smaller breast anatomy.
Before the surgery, we perform the planning and drawing that we make while our patient is standing; We perform it by looking at some factors such as our patient’s expectations, age, whether she has additional diseases (such as diabetes, high blood pressure), whether she smokes or not.
