As the name suggests, we perform endoscopic temporal lift and brow lift surgery by entering through 2 incisions in the scalp with an endoscopic camera.
By entering through these incisions and moving under the skin, we release the tail of the eyebrow to the bone, the skin in the temporal region to the base and the outer edge of the eyeball. Thus, we can easily pull and fix the temporal region, the tail of the eyebrow and the edge of the eye in the upward direction, which creates a tired appearance because it hangs downwards, and it is this liberation process that makes the operation effective and permanent. Therefore, suspension procedures with thread are temporary.
