Rhinoplasty is an operation that can be performed from the age of 17-18 and eliminates both the shape and function of the nose, that is, breathing problems.

Rhinoplasty Surgery
In most of our patients, during the surgery, we first remove the excess cartilage, bone and soft tissue that cause breathing problems in the inner part of the nose, and then proceed to the aesthetic shaping of the nose.
If we look at the interventions we make in the aesthetic phase of the surgery; Before the surgery, we remove the arch on the back of the nose as much as we plan with our patient, if the roof of the nose opens and remains wide after the arch is removed, we obtain a thinner nasal ridge by bringing the bones closer to the midline. By performing shaping interventions on the cartilages at the tip of the nose, we can both obtain a more elegant nasal tip and change the nasal tip lift to the desired extent by changing the angle of the nasal tip with the lip. If the arch on the top of the nose is so small that it can only be removed with a file, surgeries performed without any narrowing of the bones (non-osteotomy rhinoplasty) offer a much faster healing process.
